Returns & Refunds Policy
At Artibelle Florist, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. Each bouquet is handcrafted with care, and we aim for every delivery to arrive in perfect condition. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Flowers
If your flowers arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which could include a replacement or refund.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we will always do our best to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund, especially if the flowers have already been prepared or dispatched.
