General Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Conditions – Flower Purchases (One-Off & Subscriptions) (Artibelle Florist)

Orders and Payment
All flower orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) based on your selected preference at checkout through Artibelle Florist.

Delivery Policy
We offer delivery within specified areas and delivery windows. Delivery charges may apply. Customers must provide accurate delivery information to ensure timely service. We deliver to a 15 mile catchment of the ArtiBelle studio. Order must be made a minimum of 3 working days before the requested delivery.

Subscription Management
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting zoe@artibelleflorist.com, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your next delivery.

Substitutions and Seasonality
Arrangements may vary depending on seasonal availability. Artibelle Florist reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions to ensure freshness and style consistency.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact Artibelle Florist within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Funeral Terms and Conditions

2. Terms and Conditions – Funeral Flowers (Artibelle Florist)

Ordering and Lead Time
Funeral flower orders should be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. For custom tributes or larger arrangements, Artibelle Florist recommends a minimum of 5 days’ notice.

Delivery
We deliver directly to funeral homes, churches, or family residences. Please provide accurate details and ensure someone is available to receive the flowers if required.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of funeral services, cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds are not available once the arrangement has been prepared by Artibelle Florist.

Flower Substitution
If specific flowers are unavailable, Artibelle Florist will substitute with flowers of equal value and aesthetic to maintain the overall design and sentiment.

Please note we offer funeral florals within a 15 mile catchment to the ArtiBelle Studio, but will travel further with a fee of 45p per mile past the catchment.

Please note in regards to distance we offer wedding florals delivery free within a 1 hour drive from the ArtiBelle Studio, but will travel further with a fee of 45p per mile past the catchment.

Workshop Services Terms and Conditions

4. Workshop Delivery Terms and Conditions (ArtiBelle Florists)

Booking and Payment
All workshop bookings through Artibelle Florist must be paid in full at the time of registration. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.

Minimum Attendance
Workshops require a minimum number of attendees to proceed. If Artibelle Florist must cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

Health and Safety
All participants must follow safety guidelines during the session. All materials and tools are provided unless stated otherwise. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
